The program is designed to enhance the athlete’s performance. We offer a unique opportunity which allows the athletes to continue to train in- season or off- season. Through frequency the athlete will continue to develop, which in turn aids in the reduction of injuries. The movement patterns will be geared towards, mimicking the movement on the field. Each session begins with a ten minute dynamic warm-up geared towards injury prevention.
We offer a wide range of services at both locations, along with the ability to train at our clients' own facility.
